EMDECS can be purchased and hosted locally or is available as an Application Service Provider option. Located in a banking ‘bunker’ with ‘Embassy-Level’ security, data mirroring, and multiple high-speed lines, we ensure availability and responsiveness. All hardware, systems software and applications software upgrades are managed for our ASP clients for a single monthly charge.

- Financials: EMDECS Financials has full accounting management capabilities for A/R, A/P, and G/L. A key benefit of our integrated system is the ability to drill up and down from Accounting right back to the transactional data (from an invoice to the original Purchase Order or Work Order, for example)
- Web-based Remote Client Access: EMDECS lets you allow your customers, vendors, owner-operators, or employees to view or edit (with security) data that you want them to see (e.g. PM forecasts, invoices, Sales Lot information, etc) or input. This minimizes ‘paper-chases’ and also lets you collect and validate significant data (e.g. monthly meter readings) automatically.
